Staff leasing provides employer contract services to businesses which are looking for ways to reduce government inspired paperwork, better manage their labor costs, and lessen administrative burdens.

Businesses transfer their workers to the payroll and benefit programs of a staff leasing firm. After converting to leasing, the recipient organization continues to supervise the leased employees that are now on the payroll of the leasing firm.
